Cookie Policy.
This policy explains how StageLab Remaps uses cookies and similar technologies on the public website and customer portal.
Essential cookies and similar storage are used where needed for login sessions, security and core website functionality. StageLab also uses Google Ads measurement technology with Consent Mode. Optional advertising and measurement storage is denied by default and is enabled only after the visitor selects “Accept optional”. Visitors can reject optional storage and can reopen Cookie settings to change their choice.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data stored by a website in a browser. Similar technologies can also store or retrieve information from a device. They can be used for essential website operation, preferences, measurement or advertising depending on their purpose.
2. Essential technologies
The StageLab website and portal use server-side sessions and may set a session cookie so the website can recognise the same browser across requests. This is necessary for functions such as authentication, CSRF/security protection and maintaining a logged-in session.
| Category | Purpose | Consent approach |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary / session | Login state, account access, security and core portal operation. | Used where necessary to provide the requested service; not used for advertising. |
| Security | Help protect forms, sessions and account access. | Used where necessary for security. |
| Optional measurement | Google Ads measurement used to understand advertising performance. | Storage is denied by default and enabled only after “Accept optional”. |
| Advertising measurement | Google Ads conversion and advertising measurement. Meta Pixel is not currently described as active by this policy. | Optional advertising storage remains denied unless the visitor accepts it. |
3. Google Ads measurement
StageLab uses the Google tag for Google Ads advertising measurement. Google Consent Mode is configured so optional advertising and measurement storage is denied by default. If you choose “Accept optional”, the consent state is updated to allow the optional Google advertising and measurement storage described by this policy. If you choose “Reject optional”, that storage remains denied. Google may process limited consent-state or cookieless measurement signals depending on its Consent Mode technology and applicable settings.
4. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies using browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent account login or other portal functions from working correctly. When StageLab provides an on-site consent control for optional technologies, that control should also allow visitors to make or revise applicable choices.
5. Third-party services
Some links may take you to third-party services, such as payment providers, WhatsApp or social platforms. Those services operate their own websites and technologies and may process information under their own privacy and cookie terms.
6. Updates and contact
This policy will be updated if StageLab's use of cookies, analytics, advertising technologies or providers changes. For privacy questions contact files@stagelabremaps.co.uk.
